| Q: How many people can fly in a biplane? A: We can take two passengers at a time, side-by-side in the front cockpit, But if you want the airplane to yourself, we can accomadate you. We will even let you fly it! No, not by yourself.
Q: Why should I take a plane ride instead of doing a ground tour? A: You can go anywhere in the world and venture out at ground level but if you want to take your Sedona vacation up a notch and see it the way it was meant to be seen than you should see it from the eyes of an eagle. We are located in the most beautiful area in the United States, the combination of the beatiful views and the beautiful airplane will make your trip here a memorable and exciting expeireince. Plus we can show you the areas you cant access by foot or vehicle.
Q: If we fly into Phoenix, can you pick us up at the airport? A: Yes. Just not in a biplane. We operate a fleet of Cessna's and twin engine Piper Cheiftans that we use for charters and tours. We will pick you up or take you anywhere you want to go in the continental United States. We highly recommend Sedona!

Q: What is your Cancellation Policy? A: Please allow at least 24 hours notice prior to the departure time for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the reservation amount. Management may cancel tours due to weather, airplane availability, and other safety related reasons. Cancellation refunds will be processed within 3 business days.
Q: What is your Deposit Policy? A: To make a reservation the entire amount of the tour must be paid. Reservations can not be made without full payment made at the time of reservation. Red Rock Tours accepts Mastercard, VISA, Discover, and American Express credit cards. If you need to make a reservation using cash or debit card you can visit our office when you arrive in Sedona, but some times may not be available at the last minute.
Q: Can we bring a camera? A: Sure. We will even take some photos for you in front of, or in the airplane. We do ask that if you bring a camera along that you hold on to it tight and use a wrist strap if possible. Keep in mind that every where you look in Sedona is breathtaking, so you want to sit back and enjoy the flight and not spent the entire time taking photos.
Q: Why are the Rocks of Sedona Red? A: The red color is the result of a thin layer of iron oxide ( rust ) that formed on the grains of the rocks due to chemical weathering that occured when the rocks were exposed during the dry periods. It is hard to think that 320 million years ago the Sedona area was just mud and dirt and now it is constantly being voted as the most beautiful place in the nation.
Q: Can children fly in the biplane? A: Yes. We also have booster seats for them so they can see and enjoy the flight as well.
Q: Are gift certificates available? A: Yes gift certificates are available by calling 1-800-TOO-RIDE.
