Please allow at least 24 hours notice prior to the departure time for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the reservation amount. Management may cancel tours due to weather, airplane availability, and other safety related reasons. Cancellation refunds will be processed within 3 business days.

To make a reservation the entire amount of the tour must be paid. Reservations can not be made without full payment made at the time of reservation. Red Rock Tours accepts Mastercard, VISA, Discover, and American Express credit cards. If you need to make a reservation using cash or debit card you can visit our office when you arrive in Sedona, but some times may not be available at the last minute.
